We are looking for a technically capable, self-starter to work on our technical and online marketing projects. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, and more during our big launches.
You will be responsible for designing building and launching new mini-class funnels, webinar funnels, online courses and memberships every month!

The role will involve hands-on technical work across a whole suite of software and marketing campaigns with a specific emphasis on:
1, lead generation / customer acquisition
2, marketing automation software to build intricate deadline evergreen funnels tied with payment and delivery
3, growth marketing
You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting and developing the technical side of marketing operations.
You should be a fast learner, inquisitive and have a keen eye for technical detail alongside a real passion for customer care and support.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Paid traffic (e.g. Facebook)
* Customer profiling
* Personalised automated evergreen funnels
* Landing page creation (eg custom designed Leadpages)
* Email Automation, segmentation
* Sales Cart integration
* A/B split testing
* Surveys and data analysis
* Traffic sources, i.e. paid, media packages, PPC, YouTube, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
In a nutshell: we are looking for a switched-on person who has a passion and can-do attitude to everything they do. You should be very much a metrics person and completely capable of handling multiple tasks and projects at the same time for a very fast-moving business. You will have a strong working knowledge of digital customer acquisition, as well as experience in directing paid traffic and organic traffic, experience in sales funnels and conversion, optimisation.
You MUST know how to use:
* Infusionsoft
* Kajabi
* Conversion rate optimisation and multi variant testing

This is a full time role for someone with experience. You should be committed for the long run. We are looking to build a long term partnership with someone who is excited about this opportunity. Ideally you will decrease and end other small jobs to focus only on this.
