We are looking for an developer able to assist us with database work for a prototype application.

We have designed a small relational access database (currently 9 tables).

We would like this to be converted and developed for web/cloud use (MYSQL & MYPHP).

This will initially involve creation of a number of input form screens, Login screens with various user rights to access forms, Some query creation.

The second stage will involve development of reporting capabilities, (both on screen as well as downloading to excel).

Should all turn out satisfactory, this is likely to lead to regular ongoing development work.
