After doing months of research into potential products to private label and sell on amazon, I have found 2 separate products I wish to launch. Both products are in the same niche (baby niche) I would like to do my due diligence and make sure no issues or dramas arise later down the track from a patent point of view.
I want this done before reaching out to manufacturers so I don't waste time or money on these product choices if there's potential legal troubles ahead.
