Required Excel VBA,Microsoft Access Administration,Microsoft Access Programming,Microsoft Excel,sql freelancer for Microsoft Access VBA /SQL job

I need an Access program that reads an Excel or CSV file and imports it into Access. The program will prompt the user whether they are importing an Excel or CSV file. It will be unknown how many fields are in the file. The user will need to add the fields into a table. It is unknown how many fields are being imported. But the program will read the table and will calculate the number of fields being imported. The field names will be exact, but may not be in the same order. The actual CSV or Excel file may contain more fields than the ones being imported, but only the fields in the table will be imported.

The applicant must be an expert in Microsoft Access and Access VBA and should be knowledgeable in the following:
* Access VBA
* Access Queries
* Microsoft Azure
* MS SQL
* Access Form & Reports
* Access Modules
* Embedded Access SQL
* Access Database Migration / Conversion

Knowledge of Excel VBA is a plus, but MS Access VBA is the primary skill that I am looking for. I need a someone that can modify and create complex queries and perform VBA coding & debugging. I am also an Access Developer.. This is just the start of the project. I will add the project after this is completed.

I need someone who is fluent in English and I would like to speak to the person and conduct a verbal interview before hiring. I will use Toogit Messages to hold interview.
