I have a raspberry pi that is kept running 24/7. It has Raspbian Buster Lite as its OS.
For security and performance reasons, I would like to mount the computer as a read only filesystem. I tried following a guide, I had issues implementing it, where simple commands, like ping google.com, were no longer working. It might have been because the guide was written for a different OS version, or maybe because it wasn't specific to the Lite/headerless version?
What I need are the bash commands for me to incorporate into my setup script to take a freshly installed copy of Raspbian Lite and to turn it into a smoothly operating read only filesystem.
