Required Exchange Server freelancer for Develop calender with Active Sync in Golang job

We are looking for an developer who can develop a calender backend in Golang.
In Frontend we want to use this calender solution: https://fullcalendar.io/docs.

Active Sync must be implemented so the calender can be used on third party tools. It must be possible to share the calender with other users so they can the calender with different permissions (read with and without appointment details, write).

We prefer Golang but other programming languages could be also ok. Must be running on an linux Server.
