We are designing a networking system that will host cryptocurrency nodes (not mining) in various VPSs. We need recommendations for hardware (firewall, switches, servers) and design (VLANs, port forwarding, reverse proxy).

We need an expert with experience to get help us make strong decisions for a system that will be in place for a long time. We will then support the system moving forward. This hire may or may not work with us to achieve the following:

- Network and node monitoring, alerting and support
- Problem resolution for network and node failures and issues
- Storage management and operations
- Hardware breaks and fixes
- Software patching, SW upgrades
- Security management, vulnerability assessment and scanning, problem resolution
- Escalations with Service Providers and vendors
- Operations management of backup processes
