What we're looking for:
An experienced web developer to help kick-start/build code that will stitch together various AWS services. We need someone to work on a file transport utility that takes audio files from a dropbox folder or ftp folder and creates an S3 bucket folder for them and then clones each file. Here are the basic requirements
The project is based on HTML5 Python and PostgreSQL
All code will be posted to my GitHub project which I will invite the collaborator to
1) Create HTML form page to drive web app
1b) Create a PostGre Sql DB to support app
2) Credentials to AWS s3 bucket to be editable in a config file - should be developed without need for my account credentials
3) Workflow:
- User enters name of job (The name can be up to 200 characters long. Valid characters are a-z, A-Z, 0-9, . (period), _ (underscore), and - (hyphen))
- Audio file type (mp3,mp4,wav,flac)
- Language (English(US) , Spanish(US))
- Dropbox or FTP
-- If Dropbox then unhides URL
-- If FTP then unhides (Functionality to be added later)
THEN
- Stores info in Job Info table (would need to be created)
- If Name is NOT an s3 bucket, creates an s3 bucket & stores s3 bucket url in jobs info table
-- THEN copies files to created s3 bucket
-- ELSE displays a job already created message

To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following:
- Experience with python, HTML5, AWS s3, PostgreSQL
