We have an existing SPO setup for our small consulting practice. We're not using any functionality aside from doc libraries sync's using OneDrive for Business to store documents in subsites related to eg Marketing, Admin, Team, Projects, etc...
We are evolving our understanding of sharepoint and are moving to use it for wiki, process/procedures, document templates, lessons learnt, links to resources, etc. In short, we have a basic understanding of our information requirements and architecture. What we need is an SPO admin to coach us through translation to terms, metadata, site columns and subsite architecture etc.
This is a short, sharp gig that will see you guide and support experienced technical people across SPO, and we will potentially need more light support going forward. We prefer to be trained or watch you do it, than simply have you do it. My expectation is that this is a few hours, with us bringing all the info architecture and you pushing through the setup guidance remotely with us over zoom, and then some offline tasks related to library setup may be required.
