Required Android App Development,Prototype,Python freelancer for Porting a DeepLearning model from pc（windows/linux）to Android or iOS devices job

I have an audio recognition model and it is trained by python using tensorflow. It's architecture is CNN + LSTM. The model can use on windows and linux platform but I want to use it on android and iOS. I don't want to use the model as a web service and I want the user to use the model on mobile devices.
