My company manages 150 Airbnb properties around the USA. We need a BK who not only can help optimize our finance department (which software should we use, e.g. Bill.com? Expensify?) but also to help outsource our Owner Statements that we issue monthly and ultimately automate this process.
I already have a real estate CPA, so I need an accountant/BK who can look at our current process and make suggestions, and then provide:
A) affordable BK services
B) owner statements to our investors.
Interested candidates must:
a) Describe any experience you have working for property managers/real estate
b) Talk about any experience you have with hiring developers or working with automation (once you perfect our owner statement process we want to work with you and a develop to automate this via software) - we want to automate some of these tasks later on.
c) Provide some example owner statements or financial statements that you have created.
