Role: IT Application Support Engineer- Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Dynamics, Business Intelligence and Power Apps)
The candidates should be Green Card holder or US Citizens.
Responsibilities:
o Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement customization, configuration, development, deployment and usage (experience migrating Dynamics and USD configurations from environment to environment is a plus)
o Monitor/troubleshoot/diagnose and address system issues and report out on them effectively
o Provide MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications system support for user set-up, user-errors and user training
o Collaborate with software developer to make system enhancements, changes and fixes within the system.
o Set-up Application programming interface (API) as needed within the system
o Provide front-end Dynamics development capabilities, support programmer on technology enhancements and deployments
o Assist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment
o Required to go to field and support Sales and Operations team (for field testing, change requirements gathering, workflow and use case understanding)
o Coordinate and work with various vendors on systems integration and project delivery
Required Qualifications:
o 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics experience
o Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required)
o Experience and knowledge to design, code, test, debug and document software in a variety of programming languages
o Experience in advanced Microsoft Excel, Business Intelligence and Power Apps is preferred.
o Experience in working with Salesforce and with application programming interfaces (API) is a plus
