Required Algorithms,Data Mining freelancer for Need to build an algorithm which predicts momentum in stocks and executes the trades job

I have built a deep learning algorithm which predicts stock price for next 3hrs. I'm looking for someone who is expert in algo trading and who can build me an algorithm which scans thousands of stocks and predicts the momentum using algorithms like frog in the pan and other momentum strategies using deep learning. I'm looking for someone or a team which has experience in generating alpha.
