We've launched over a dozen successful programs in that time, and are on our way to accelerate our trajectory. We are therefore looking for a creative, enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate Financial Planning Analyst with a proven track record.
This mandate doesn't start at Zero, we use Xero for our accounting, and Futurli as a tightly integrated Add-on for our SaaS forecasting needs. Our Programs are in production and we use Chargebee to manage all of our SaaS accounts, contracts, subscriptions and monthly recerring billing.
We're of course open to new opinions and improved direction/focus, as we have many successful products on the market, which need to evolve with passionate and constructive business model critisism.

We are looking to expand our Finance and Administration team and looking to hire a senior Financial Planning Analyst with a proven track record.
The successful candidate will play an important role in improving our company's ability to forecast future financial needs, and assist Product Managers make critical decisions.
Growing at a steady pace, we're launching new features and products for our existing and future customers in an engaging, functional way, while opening up fresh distribution channels and collaborating with other departments.

The Role:
As a Financial Planning Analyst in our F&A teamteam, you will be working closely with our product managers, supporting management planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information and recommending actions.

The Financial Planning Analyst will work creatively and pragmatically to maximize financial resources and engage the product line's potential revenue generation capabilities.
Knowledge of key SaaS metrics, ratios and KPI's and an innovative perspective on financial planning are important in this role. If you understand the growing SaaS economy, we are interested in speaking with you.
What you'll do:
Familiarize yourself with our current SaaS product line components and their potential impact on the company's financial performance
Define financial situtation by completing quantitative analyses
Evaluate optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns
Value SaaS programs by appraising current condition; assessing potential
Recommend debt structures by analyzing refinancing options
Build financial models in Futurli, working closely with President, CFO and Product Managers
Recommend financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals
Enable real-time financial reporting by automating billing, forecasting and current SaaS operations
Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
Oversee regular analysis of forecast vs. actual & make recommendations
Prepare Management Discussion & Analysis papers as needed
What skills you'll need to be successful:
3+ years' financial planning & analysis experience in a related capacity
Mastery of the Xero accounting and Futurli forecasting tools
Knowledge of our markets and served industries
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required (MBA preferred)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Team player, demonstrate initiative, be self-organized, autonomous and detail oriented
A strong understanding of how financial planning contributes to the overall success of our company
Proven experience in FP&A in Software Products / SaaS programs
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest SaaS trends such as pricing, strategy and technologies
Experience with e-commerce and transactional SaaS business models / growth hacking
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
