Required Data Science,Machine Learning,Natural Language Processing freelancer for Machine Learning Consultant - PDF OCR, classifier job

I'm looking for a machine learning expert in the areas of document processing - specifically OCR of PDF documents to create a classifier for a particular use case. Initial project would be a 30m-1h consultation to get some guidance on the difficulty of the application I have in mind, tools available and recommended and some direction on the project. Follow on consults may be included. An NDA will be required for this particular project. We're open to freelancers who would have interest in doing the implementation work, however, it would likely be a bootstrap project.
