Required Copywriting,Creative Writing,Writing freelancer for Writer needed to translate my thoughts into words for a business coaching proposal job

I need to create a business proposal for life coaching/personal development coaching. I have all of the information needed in my head but do not know how to professionally write it into text. I also have the template for the proposal completely made (graphics and all). I literally just need someone to turn my thoughts into words.
