We are looking for a proactive service-minded customer support agent that can spend about 1-2H daily in (removed by Toogit Admin) to handle tickets. We are an E-Commerce company selling baby clothes online; you will deal with our customers directly solving daily problems like refunds, package tracking and so on.
We are working in (removed by Toogit Admin) ; our shop is Shopify and our affiliate program using Tapfiliate - you will also be in contact with them if there are any issues.
We are looking for someone that would like to grow long-term with our team, to do that you need to be a problem solver with a positive outlook that believes that there is always a way. You need to be fluent in English and have top reviews on upwork that you have done similar work.
