With fast growth comes more support tickets and chats! We use ZenDesk for our support platform, and we need help to quickly triage and help out customers with their issues. Your job will be to quickly respond to new customer requests with friendly, helpful, and proactive support. We will take our time to train you on how our software works, all the little quirks, and also to read through a bunch of already completed tickets so you have a sense of how to respond in many different situations. We'll guide you through the whole process, and we'll be here to help whenever you have any questions. Our goal is to make you an incredible online support rep for us.
Qualifications we are looking for:

* Excellent written English (Flawless grammar and punctuation usage)
* Experience in a support role
* Ability to follow guidelines for Badger Maps support (you will be supplied with clear examples and guidelines)
* Fast and accurate typing skills
* Ability to quickly learn and understand a new piece of software, along with all of its little quirks
* Great troubleshooting ability and to quickly understand the question a customer is trying to ask
* Ability to work full-time (Must be available to work 40 hours per week)
* Positive and open to constructive criticism
* Owns fully functioning computer with webcam and very stable Internet connection
* Prior experience using ZenDesk is a big plus
* Prior experience working for a SaaS (software as a service) company is a huge, HUGE plus
