We need a Python library to read a .png image, and return the following information.
1. The rectangle coordinates of the top left corner and bottom right corner.
2. The texts inside the rectangle (normally numbers)

Note: The rectangles is center around Numbers in the image.
The image size is 1000 X 880
The coordinate (0,0) is at the top right corner of the image.
