I am looking for an expert in Wordpress to transfer a site from GoDaddy Managed Wordpress to Siteground Cpanel using Manual transfer methods. Siteground's upload size is capped at 128 MB and I can't use my normal All-In-One WP Migration tool to do so. The All-In-One file size is 198 MB's.

I am looking to start the job immediately.
