We are a custom pc sales company that is wanting to step up our analytics, sales reporting and automation.
We use:
- Custom website that doesn't currently integrate with anyone. Customers choose what they want, sends us an email with their choices, we call the customer and confirm, and then send them an invoice
- Xero for invoicing and accounting
- Trello as both a CRM and workflow management
- Front for Communication/emails etc
- Klaviyo for potentially automated emails
- Zapier to automate between Xero and Trello
- Google sheets for current reporting (but done poorly)
I'm wanting to be able to gain significant reporting across the whole business including what models we are selling, over what period, and how much we make. Also time that sales and building takes + servicing etc.
Plus other metrics - but this is a great start.
We are after someone who is an expert with Zapier and ideally someone who has done something like this with these systems before.
