Monthly or weekly patch management
Monitoring server and workstations of managed clients. Especially HDD status and applications
Only monitoring unmanaged clients and escalating to internal team to get approval
Consolidating tickets and reducing noise by reviewing monitors
Check weekly maintenance script to ensure it is working properly and fix where required
Escalating service tickets to the internal team that needs interaction with the client
Implementing new automation and scripting
Monitoring backup and regular restore test
Add if anything is missing
