WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our call center is moving to a modern and new cloud-based phone system. Based on our evaluation, we think TalkDesk is the best fit. We want to engage a customer experience and contact center expert that has a track record working closely with TalkDesk to confirm this choice, and give insider tips and best practices on how to best utilize this platform. We also want insights on the best ticketing platform and any other integration tools that will allow us to provide the best and most efficient customer experience around.
We're not looking for just another consultant full of all talk with no action. If you're not a Customer Experience Bad A$$ - I'm sorry then this job isn't for you.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record of success
Experience in multi-tenant environment
Experience in setting up and/ or optimizing a call center
Strong expertise and familiarity with leading call center tools and software (TalkDesk, ZenDesk, Salesforce, etc)
Be brutally honest with no fluff
Most importantly - do the right thing
Ability to start ASAP
