We are a team of highly dedicated marketplace professionals who specialize in helping businesses build a healthy Amazon presence. Our services include Account Management, Listing Creation, SEO, Sales Analysis, and more.
Examples of inquiries are:
- Price Updates
- Listing Updates (description, title, bullet points, keywords)
- Fix inactive/suppressed/closed listings
- Fix listing errors (duplicates, orphan listings)
- Merge listings
- Photo uploads
- Reimbursement claims
- Cubiscan Requests
Frequent Support Requests:
- Custom Order Reports
- What is Brand Registry?
- Why is some of my money in 'reserve'?
- Will amazon take money out of my bank account?
- What is in the amazon fees that they are so high this month?
- When will my shipment be received by Amazon?
Hours are somewhat flexible but the ideal times for work is at least 8 hours per day, anytime between 8 AM to 7 PM EST. Minimum of 5 days per week.
