Required Network Security,Virtualization,Network Administration,VM,Windows freelancer for Network Server Admin Expert / Network Security Expert job

We are a small-scale enterprise of less than 15 employees with offices in Dubai & New Delhi. We have servers in both offices.

We require a network admin expert to review our current infrastructure (e.g. Server, network, etc) and assist us in making improvements and solving some current issues. Please note that we can provide an infrastructure diagram including VM servers.

Some of the major items which we require assistance on include:
- Current issues with DNS as per cisco firewall. (Some sites are not accessible inside our Network)
- Disaster Recovery Setup for the two offices including server replication, etc.
- A detailed security review to ensure we are maintaining the latest high standard security standards and protocols, including anti-hacking, etc.
- Some issues with our outlook mail server

9. Evaluation of existing Software used and suggestions on mitigation of vulnerable/end-of-life versions
10. Evaluation of existing Hardware assets including switching devices, printers & laptops
11. Email systems & spam filter
12. Password Management & policies

Issues:
1. DNS issue (some sites are not accessible inside our network)
2. Outlook not accessible in LAN/WAN without adding IP in Hosts file.
3. Outlook folders are not updating automatically
4. Automatic disconnection of Exchange server
5. Our FTP server website now always need 7001 or 5001 port in able to be used

1. Delhi office to Dubai File Server replication
2. Dubai to Delhi office offsite backup
3. Dubai and Delhi QNAP Sync
