Setup a new org of Salesforce for a healthcare company in the US.
I have a single license for Sales Cloud professional edition, but don't have time to do the setup myself. We prefer the household data model. We have a list of approximately 40 fields/objects. I'd like to use standard objects as much as possible.
Our patients are kids, so we also need to track other household members such as parents, guardians & siblings. We also need to track other medical providers and their contacts.
Scope of work:
1) Review list of fields/objects and make recommendations to use standard objects, with limited amount of custom objects (if any)
2) Setup leads & opportunities
3) Create sample reports such as customer list with demographic info & status in sales pipeline
4) Create page layouts
This is for the initial setup work. There could be an opportunity going forward for a Salesforce administrator role.
