Hi there! I have a bit of a niche request for you! I'm looking for an Excel/VBA expert!
The brief is to design and build an MVP of an internal review system using Excel VBA hosted on SharePoint.
There will be three User types, an Admin, Reviewer and Reviewee.
The review process is as follows:
An employee is up for review, the Admin will initiate a new review. Admin will allocate up to 6 Reviewers to fill out up to 6 templated spreadsheets with a variety of scores and text inputs based on our particular scoring system. On completion of the review, this will populate the Admin spreadsheet which will be hosted in a restricted area of SharePoint (or otherwise password protected). The Reviewee will also be asked to fill out a different templated spreadsheet which will populate another area of the Admin spreadsheet
After the review process is complete, the Admin will collate the scores and text responses from both the Reviewers and Reviewee.
The Reviewee will then be shown an anonymised summary of the scores and text responses. Ie. The Reviewee should not see who the Reviewers are.
