Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Need a design for a new company logo and proposal brochure job

I'm looking for a freelance designer with the ability to turn over a project with worthwhile samples. I'm looking into redesigning my brand logo as well as developing a sponsorship proposal 2-fold/3 fold for potential sponsors. Also, would like competitive prices to beat out any other larger firms. I tried Fiverr (It was cool) for similar work but would like someone in the U.S. that I can connect with as well as similar time zones.

Upon approval, I'm looking to start in mid/late May.
