Required Consulting,Intuit QuickBooks,Microsoft Excel freelancer for Quickbooks/ Excel/Collections Geek needed job

Seeking someone highly experienced consultant to help set up a system for managing collections, we are using quickbooks, we have someone in charge of calling people for outstanding invoices, we need it to be very organized, to b able to log properly and accurately who and when was called and notified, and status info about the projects and payments, something that can update automatically from quickbooks to excel or any other idea to propose how to manage collections accurately

we don't need someone to do collections on a regular basis, we are seeking a consultant to setup a system for reports how to keep log of people to call for outstanding balances, noting each ho was already called, when was called, and when needs a follow up etc
