This position is responsible for implementing systems in support of a non-profit's Salesforce CRM initiatives supporting donor management and fundraising activities. This individual will be responsible for setting up automations, setting up and generating reports, and other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
The successful candidate will be experienced with defining and implementing Salesforce-based solutions, specifically NPSP (Salesforce NonProfit Success Pack).
Experience with the Salesforce CRM system and Salesforce NonProfit Success Pack is a must.
Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of the organization.
Working knowledge and experience with non-profit fundraising a plus.
