Required Web Scraping freelancer for Scraping Twitter for historical data. job

We are looking for someone to scrape twitter for us, the deliverable should be code to run (preferably in python) that provides the IDs of the tweets that include a string (for example, a hashtag). The code should circumvent the API's limits, as it will only return tweets up to 2 weeks in the past, whereas we need to collect further back.

Input: A keyword, a date
Output: IDs of all the tweets that contain that keyword, as returned by Twitter's website. From the date provided to the present date.

At astroscreen, we're looking to tackle disinformation online, this is one of our many data collection efforts.
