**Test ML hypotheses on marketing data**
We are the display advertising agency and we have millions of rows of structured raw Google Analytics data in Big Query in different projects. We want to explore the applicability of machine learning for the following tasks.
1. Train the model to predict the probability of conversion of users in real time, for example, if the probability is high, we would offer a more favorable condition to the user.
2. Cluster users into different groups and adapt the content depending on the group's involvement.
3. Predict the conversion rate of keywords for Adwords campaigns
Of course, we're ready to pay for research.
The data has a level of user hits, it consists time, device, URL, page's title, traffic sources, conversions and so on. We have a good understanding of this data, we can add new features and transform it into a convenient output format.
Another important thing of this data is a presence of causal relationship between the rows, for example, 10 lines are a sequence of actions of one user on the site.
