I want to leverage the Track Client Interactions option https://(Removed by Toogit Admin)/articleView?id=fsc_log_activities.htm&type=5

I'd also like to create the attached report that shows client interaction by service level, so we can allocate follow up / next interaction due based upon date since last interaction which is tier dependent.

Attached is a feature of FSC, which I don't run, I'm using Sales Cloud Lightning.
