Scenario:
Site-A
- On-Premises Router is Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN
- On-premises Internet is with Dynamic Public IP Address (We have configured DynDNS)
Site-B
- AWS Cloud (OpenVPN Server Purchased from AWS Marketplace)
One of our customers Hosted their Servers on the AWS Cloud since.
As per our understanding, AWS doesn't support Site to Site VPN through DynDNS URL
The customer doesn't have a Static Public IP Address and there is no possibility to have Static Public IP.
We have deployed OpenVPN in AWS Cloud
Requirement:
- A Site to Site VPN configuration is required with the AWS OpenVPN Server and Microtik Router (on-premises) with Dynamic DNS.
- The S2S VPN should be configured in such a way so whenever Site-A Router (MicroTik) Restarts and they get new Public IP Address, the S2S VPN should automatically connect.
- Site-A and Site-B PCs devices should have reachability.
