We build creative websites and digital travel booking solutions, which includes an online platform for travel experience brands that allows users to create trip page, promote trips and invite participants via social media and email, and collect deposits, set custom prices, and issue refunds.
We're building the largest community in the black festival and travel space. It's powered by a best-in-class event & travel management platform.

When we started, our product was haphazardly thrown together to solve a real need in a small niche market. Our MVP product has stood all tests and is now ready to graduate to a real marketable product.
We're looking for an amazing Software Development team core competencies in Technology architecture, Payment processing APIs, Transaction Software development, and Phenomenal Front end development expertise. You have probably worked with a HUGE brand like Nike, Netflix, Apple or other Fortune 500 companies.
What we have:
A fully mapped out and design and confluence requirements for this 2.0 project. A working MVP with tons of active clients, and daily transactions from real customers, Mockup designs of our next iteration, and our product roadmap.
What we want:
A well planned implementation development process.
Here is what we would want in order to be considered. (also would need to show us example of another project you have done the following for and what that process was)
1. Future state target architecture diagram, including technology selection, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and domain model
2. Determine the best stack and Hosting to use for this Future State
3. Discussion/capture of 'non-functional requirements' and assessment of how the architecture will support these. e.g. that the site will be up 99.xxx% of the time, will have automatic failover, will support GDPR level standards (if required), how it will be secured etc.
4. Suggested break down of the product phasing based on user stories, complexity and getting to an MVP sooner than later.
5.Rough order of magnitude estimates on development timelines and resourcing costs.
