Required Microsoft Excel freelancer for Access program to combine our data job

We are needing to take data from our main spread sheet which holds all our information and make a database that we can track better. Ex: keeping track of inventory/usage/stock level, Customers usage, pricing. We are looking to put it in MS Access. We are looking for someone to also teach us the process of using the program and possibly any tweaks after the project that may be needed.
