Required Accounting,Tax Preparation freelancer for Accountant who understands S Corp practices in the US job

I'm not looking for a bookkeeper. I already have one that I like. I am looking for an accountant who understands US tax law and small business tax. I have an S Corp and need to understand how to handle draws most strategically to minimize taxes and other business related issues that have to do with self employment tax. etc. I also own 6 properties and need advice about managing them financially to maximize financial benefit and minimize taxes. I also need advice about how much money to pull from retirement at the lowest tax rate. I also need someone to either do my taxes or guide me in decision making regarding tax situations.
