We specialise in the Act! CRM software, and have 1000s of clients across Australia and New Zealand who need technical support.
We are looking for the following type of person:
- Proven experience in supporting the Act! CRM software (this includes basic network installations, setting up Act! synchronisation, installing and configuring various Act! add-ons, trouble-shooting all sorts of Act! technical support issues)
- Excellent ENGLISH communication skills
- Excellent customer service & support skills
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Must be able to work completely unsupervised
- Must have own home office (computer, headset, hi-speed internet)
- Must have prior experience using remote access tools (like TeamViewer)
- Must be available at least 20 hours per week (we will have lots of work for you!)
- Must be interested in being our on-going partner (we have been in business for 30 years and want someone who will stay and grow with us for many years to come!)
- Must be able to service Australian and New Zealand clients
