1. A simple form to add website domain and website sitemap.
2. It will send the data to the backend.
3. The backend needs to work with PHP.
4. Search API in webmaster-tools/search-console-api-original
5. The PHP file will create a new website under the webmaster tool and add a sitemap to it.
Note:
You will also need to explain us what you need us to do so you can verify the new website under the webmaster tool. Maybe the code flow will change because of that.
