Required Django,Express,Flask,Node.js,React freelancer for Admin Dashboard First Responder Application job

We are creating an application that uses the Freematics OBD2 to communicate with First Responders. The OBD2 will need to have custom firmware to hook into our web application which you will develop as well using a pre-existing responsive theme we purchased.

Two profiles will exist on the web application portal: Admin & First Responders

Two OBD2 will exist: Consumers & First Responders

We have existing code written in Python for iOS which you may integrate finally for both Consumer & First Responders to communicate through the OBD2 wireless mesh.

The software should be written in primarily in Python/Django or MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).

We will be using Twilio to communicate with the OBD2 via Programmable Wireless.
