Required AngularJS,javascript freelancer for Admin panel in Angular JS job

I have a video platform. I already have an admin panel but it was built with javascript so it reloads after every action. I have a lot of features in the admin panel but only need one video management tool to be rebuilt in angularJS.

The video management tool does the following :
1. Shows videos created according to time, likes , comments, reposts, username, #tag, categories, challenges, etc.
2. Lets me watch the video
3. lets me highlight the video , etc
