We are a IT consulting company based in the UK and seeking to build a remote workforce whose objective is to support our very demanding client base.

Candidates should have a professional work ethic/attitude and very fluent english.

Daily tasks include scheduling\/managing contractors, delegating work to support team, follow-up works, manage client expectations and general administrative tasks.

Our support platform will be based on freshdesk along with a host of support software, knowledge of this platform should be very good/expert level.

We are looking for someone who uses their own initiative to get tasks done, is creative and most importantly comes across very bubbly/happy when communicating with clients.
