Required Administrative Support,Customer Service freelancer for Administrative Support and Customer Service - CALL CENTER job

We are looking for someone with flexible working hours, can work sometime within 8am-4pmpm Eastern US time, and is quick to pick up different tasks.

The tasks that you would work on is -

Following up with customers

- Picking up phones

- Managing email

- Doing some light phone call sales

- Helping with emailing/marketing tasks

- Administrative work regarding Patient progress/information

You should have familiarity working with:

- Microsoft Office - Google Drive

- Webconference applications such as gotomeeting/zoom

- Researching new topics, flexible to learn more

You should be fluent in English, at a native speaker level.Spanish and Mandarin Chinese a plus, but not necessary. We'd prefer if you can stay on for a longer period of time, and be open to accepting bigger responsibility as the role evolves. Part-time position.
