I'm looking for developer to develop a fully function AI chat bot to respond to support requests, sell products and identify questions it does not have the answer to and pass them off to a live agent. The chat bot needs to be able to understand unique questions and have canned responses with specific answers. It also needs to identify when it does not have an answer to a question and pass them off to a live agent.
