Job Description

Our apartments in Downtown Los Angeles is a luxury hospitality group that fully furnished rentals for short-term rental.You must be familiar with online travel platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
You must speak English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
- Communicate with guests before their arrival to coordinate meeting times/location
- Respond to guest needs throughout their stay
- Source and qualify cleaning crews
- Ensure quality control of cleaning crews
- Communicate with housekeeping crew daily
- Communicate with guests online & in-person
- Communicate directly with Guest Service Agents to coordinate check ins, repairs
