At KickoffLabs You Will

- Answer email or chat questions about the product
- Work live with customers and help them setup their first campaigns during live onboarding calls.
- Writing basic product documentation
- Work to identify and report product issues to the team
- Recording simple 'How To' videos about the product.
- Assist with product testing and walk throughs.

What We Need

A native English speaker with awesome email etiquette (+ spelling and grammar since we have none of our own) who loves to delight customers and is available for 15-25 hours a week.
Your technical skills would include basic familiarity with HTML/CSS. Ideally you have an eye towards learning more web design and copywriting skills as our customers are always looking for our opinions about how to present their marketing campaigns.
You've had experience helping customer onboard and learn new software or online tools before.
We will provide you with a custom training screencast and share a Google Doc containing outlines of our processes. You will take it from there - most situations will be covered by the doc, but you and I will work together to handle new ones as they arise.
