I'd like to integrate my Hubspot CRM with the Amazon Connect (call center) software.
Specifically:
1. I'd like to initiate outbound calls from Hubspot through Amazon Connect, have the call transcribed (using amazon transcribe) and log the contents of the call in the Hubspot call log.
2. If an inbound call comes to Amazon connect, I'd like the caller ID to lookup the contact in Hubspot, or create a new contact in Hubspot, transcribe the call (using amazon transcribe), and log it in Hubspot.
3. I'd like to connect Amazon Connect text messages into a Hubspot 'Live Chat'. Again, the chat should try to associate with an existing contact, or start a new one in Hubspot.
4. I'd like to be able connect Amazon SNS to Amazon Connect Messages to allow for inbound / outbound conversations over SMS using Amazon connect.
5. I'd like an installer script for this.
