A successful Brand Manager at Elevate will...
Liase with client and internal team to create world class Amazon listings that drive revenue and exceed client goals
Thrive in this key support role...doing all the behind the scenes work to make the client's brand shine
Feel a sense of pride as they watch a client's brand grow...and be driven to uncover additional growth opportunities
Be the ultimate "Task Master"--creating tasks, assigning tasks, following up to make sure nothing is missed, and holding teammates accountable to deadlines
Get satisfaction from checking things off the to-do list & getting sh*t done
Manage the client lifecycle from Onboarding through to Maintenance phase
Be the primary point of contact for all assigned clients to go to for voicing concerns, asking questions, and brainstorming ideas
Collect required data and input from clients in a timely manner
Assist with curating the SOP library. Identifying gaps within current SOP's and need for additional SOP's and assigning to appropriate team member for editing and creation
Delegate his/her own repetitive or menial tasks, when possible, to offshore team
Work in a team environment with other Brand Manager & Project Managers to develop and share best practices and create role redundancies
