Program Assistant to Speaker/ Career Transition Coach

Looking for a unique candidate to assist Dawn in program development, systems, and some admin. Dawn the founder of Whole Life Solutions. She uses her research on decision-making and navigating major change to offer coaching for professionals at a major turning point, and talks on change-management, boundary-pushing, and maximizing balance and efficiency.

Seeking a professional who is extremely reliable and detail oriented, with experience working in the career coaching and/or speaking arena. Position involves assisting in all areas of business maintenance and expansion, from assisting in developing new offerings and business expansion opportunities, including e-courses and group programs, to systems implementation and management (CRM, etc.) to some more basic admin duties, such as sending client reminders to researching and drafting proposals for speaking engagements. NOTE: Position only about 5 hrs/week to start, with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):

Assist in company expansion including new projects and plan offerings, especially e-courses and subscription/group coaching models
Research speaking engagements, put out initial calls, draft proposals
Appointment Reminders
Research or create CRM for reminders, check-ins, and categorizing
Manage social media and LinkedIn
Assist with website updates
Collect video testimonials and reviews
Manage and maximize online listings
