I have a stored procedure in oracle DB that returns a table.

I need to do the following

1. Call the procedure from an oracle package
2. Use a table function to wrap the procedure
3. Use record type and table type as appropriate
4. Optimize the sql in the procedure given the execution plan that I have. Suggest and implement indexes as appropriate.

The goal is to execute this procedure from the table function which sits inside a package and it has to be efficient and fast.
